Mark has extensive experience creating and executing successful business strategies that have improved cash flow, profitability and maximized marketing return on investment. He has a reputation for integrity, insight and providing well-considered views of key strategic and operational issues. Mark has served as Chief Financial Officer at Linksys, a global leader in wireless technologies.

Prior to Linksys Mark was the Chief Executive Officer of Midas Exchange, a corporate trade company owned by WPP Group plc (NYSE: WPP). At Midas Mark led the development of customized trade solutions that allow clients to increase their marketing return on investment through the monetization of undervalued assets and other innovative strategies. Before Midas, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer – North America for GroupM, WPP’s global media investment management group, where he successfully led the controllership, FP&A, real estate, compliance, business continuity teams for the U.S. and Canada. Using an operational approach to financial management, Mark was a key driver of growth and profitability for the North American agencies of GroupM, whose revenues exceed $1 billion.

Earlier in his career, Mark held senior financial role at MEC, a WPP company, Initiative, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies, Cohn & Wolfe (now BCW), Toys “R” Us, and Loehmann’s. Mark began his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young (now, EY) and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
